一、五大障碍：缺乏信任、惧怕冲突、欠缺投入、逃避责任、无视结果

团队协作的第一大障碍是团队成员之间缺乏信任。该问题源于团队成员大都害怕成为别人攻击的对象。大家不愿意相互敞开心扉，承认自己的缺点或弱项，从而导致无法建立相互信任的基础。

无法建立相互信任的危害极大，因为它为第二大障碍——惧怕冲突奠定了基础。缺乏信任的团队无法产生直接而激烈的思想交锋，取而代之的是毫无针对性的讨论和无关痛痒的意见。

缺乏必要的争论之所以成为不利的问题，是因为它必然致使团队协作面临第三大障碍：欠缺投入。团队成员如果不能切实投入，在热烈、公开的辩论中表达自己的意见，他们即使表面上在会议中达成一致，也很少能够真正统一意见，作出决策。

因为投入不够，且实际上并没有达成共识，团队成员就会逃避责任，这就是第四大障碍。由于没有在计划或行动上真正达成一致，所以即使最认真负责的人发现同事的行为有损集体利益的时候，也会犹豫不决而不予以指出。

如果团队成员不能相互负责、督促，第五大障碍就有了赖以生存的土壤。当团队成员把个人的需要（如个人利益、职业前途或能力认可）甚至他们的分支部门的利益放在整个团队的共同利益之上时，就导致了无视结果。

二、如何克服第一大障碍——缺乏信任

1、个人背景介绍：少量的个人信息能有效减少彼此的隔阂，有助于相互理解，避免团队中有人作出对别人不公平或是不妥的行为。

2、成员工作效率讨论：需要团队成员指出同事为团队作出的最大贡献，以及最需要改进的地方，然后大家一起就每个人所说的进行讨论，通常从团队领导者开始。

3、360度意见反馈：它们实施起来比先前的工具更具风险，因为它需要团队成员互相给出具体的评价，提供建设性的批评意见。但是实施该活动的关键，是要同正式的工作表现评价或审核完全区分开来。只有这样，它才能作为团队协作开发工具来发挥作用，让员工们认识自己的优势和不足，同时不...

信任并不是认为别人和自己一样，不需要改进；信任是指当你的同事督促你前进的时候，你能够认识到他们这样做是因为他们关心这支团队。
